Stretch Yourself

It has been said that experience in life is the most best teacher. You will be presented with the same experience over and over until you learn the best way to deal with the situation. This is not because life is cruel. Rather, it is because things have a way of coming back to haunt us when we don't deal with them. One form of intelligence is the ability to learn from mistakes. When you are presented with a painful experience, take the time to think about how you can avoid it in the future.
Life isn't that easy; trials, challenges, and troublesome situation are walking behind us or after us in this life. We are all covered in scars, some visible, some not. But don't let that ever stop us from understanding our worth; Our experiences are what make us who we are, never be ashamed to allow them to show up, no matter what they are from, Those scars are being their to tell you that you have conquered the fight and now it was pasted in there for a lesson and a reason to go on moving. A map that says this is good and that isn't. Our choices brought us down to that road that has led us right up to this point, and we not only survived but grew with wisdom, earned our stripes, even if most don't, that is something we can all be proud of, so let the hurt go, leave the shame alone, allow the wounds to heal, we are the only one's who's opinion really matters.

Where there's a will there's a way, so the saying goes. We often need to determined to overcome difficulties. For it is often better to do something positive rather than just talk or think about doing it. Especially when you just had failure on the plans you had gone through. Better to have a plan B or C incase the pain on the first move is deep and hurting. Of course this isn't an easy task. But you need to top the pain and force back to the healing process in order to keep going. Remember the clock is ticking and no matter what you do you can't definitely stop or bring back what's been already done and gone.

I love rainy days, "some people feel the rain, others just get wet"...my favorite Bob Marley Quote.

I try to stay strong when pain knocks me down. And the times that I cry is when no ones around. and always I give thanks to that smile that always show up and hide the pain that's been healing. Am alright, on the process of learning the reason why I keep hanging on to that pain. Maybe there is something special hidden at the end of this situations in life that is why I keep holding on. People say am nuts and stupid but even they themselves I can see the pain that is burning inside them. through that eyes that can't hide. Having been through it all I can feel it, can read the gesture and even if you hide them on hat material things I can still feel the pain that is screaming deep inside your eyes and body language. You know it well that when you bit an empty can the sound is loud and clear while the can that isn't empty can tell that something is inside it.

Dare to go against the grain, and dare to be different and follow your heart, Be uniquely true to ourselves. It is truly amazing how often we will hear this word "no and not" throughout our lives, no you are not qualified, sorry you are not the right weight or height, no that is impossible, no one will ever believe you. We will hear this word "no" tossed around a thousand times in a thousand different scenarios or more, and it always seems to come from someone who's mind is just not as open as ours, someone who is afraid or enjoys playing it safe and following the road that offers the most comfort. That in the end of the day you cannot hide. Take that no and make it a yes, Then like magic one day this word "no" becomes completely meaningless and it suddenly stops vibrating throughout our very being and the joy of every yes a positive thoughts linger and mingle on our vein, it is at that very moment we will make it without fear; look through life straight in the eye's and with a firm voice tell ourselves "yes". No more excuses, Yes I can do all things.

There's always a moment in our lives, when nothing seems right, and everything's wrong, and we think we've lost hope. God knows I've had those moments, and it seems that it will never be alright again. But believe it or not, there's always hope, even if it's just a little flicker. Hold onto that flicker of hope.
The Lord Commanded Joshua not to be fearful; and He is not only talking to Joshua but to us also.

Joshua 1:9
HAVE I NOT COMMANDED YOU? Be Strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.

There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven. But as you follow your heart, Pray that God will lead you on to your journey to this life. Stretch out yourself and be open minded always.

 Wish you all the best...
